6 person maximum capacity.
Nightly rates are based upon double occupancy.
Rates do not include 9% Sonoma Couny bed tax.
There is a 2 night minimum stay.
3 night minimum stay required for: New Years', Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Towels and linens are included.
Weekly rates are available upon request.
All rates are subject to change without notice, until confirmed with a reservation. Ask us about seasonal specials.
Pets are negotiable.

Personal checks, money orders and credit cards are gratefully accepted. Credit and debit cards are processed through the secure site of paypal.com. A paypal account is not required.
All guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement.

Reservation Policies / Payments & Cancellations

Bookings greater than 30 days in advance of stay:
50% of stay due within 7 days of booking. Other 50% of stay, plus security deposit due 30 days in advance of arrival date.
Bookings less than 30 days in advance of stay:
100% of stay, plus security deposit due at booking.
Cancellations with notice greater than 30 days in advance of stay:
$150 cancellation fee subtracted from funds paid. All other funds will be returned.
Cancellations with notice less than 30 days in advance of stay:
$150 or 50% of stay, whichever is greater, will be subtracted from funds paid. All other funds, plus security deposit and taxes will be returned.
